In our previous blog post, we wrote that we have assumed NCR/Texas Digital Systems’ contractual obligations to existing QuickCOM customers in the US and the rest of the world. A longstanding partner of NCR for QuickCOM and Vitalcast in Europe, we will continue to provide digital signage solutions to our clients. Let’s have a quick look at what they entail.

Digital signage: actionable insights and knowledge

Whereas retail and hospitality are NCR’s forte, we mainly focus on corporate communication, contact centers, and help desks. Texas Digital Systems Europe (TDSE) helps customers optimize their processes through increased employee engagement using Visual Management, providing a seamless integration of QuickCOM and Vitalcast.

Now that we’ve welcomed overseas QuickCOM customers, we will ensure that they, too, can benefit from our comprehensive solutions should they so desire. These consist of digital signage combined with QuickCOM’s targeted BI solution. Relevant real-time data are drawn from a wide variety of sources and presented to employees in an unambiguous way, resulting in actionable insights and knowledge. The approach comes with obvious benefits: as you’ll tackle issues while they occur (rather than after the fact) and increase employee engagement, you will improve your processes significantly.

Four screens, one system: Vitalcast in practice

Here’s a real-life example of what Vitalcast can do for an organization. One of our customers, Pré Pain, works with several screens to make sure every team gets information that’s relevant to them. The company also wants to make the rest of the organization aware of other departments’ goings-on. Briefly put, it offers one visually appealing employee communication solution for all.

At the entrance, there’s a welcome screen displaying notifications and some promotional stuff. HR gets to see regulations and important changes on a different screen. The Sales Department’s screen shows how the team is doing in real time. And the Quality and Assurance Department receives visualized information on any improvement steps taken. The screens are integrated into a single system, which sends content to the right teams in a coordinated way. People throughout the organization are kept up to date. In the Logistics Department, for example, everyone can benefit from these real-time insights and knowledge, too!
